  1. The building process works best in Google Chrome.

  3. Refresh the page by Ctrl + F5 (PC) or Shift + Refresh (Mac).
  4. Flush your cache to stop your browser from using old passwords. (See how below).
  5. If using a public Wi-Fi network, switch to a Mobile hotspot (such as Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone).

  3. Click on the Privacy tab.

Finding Your Documents

Where are my draft and final documents?

Hover over Home.
Select My Documents.

After you start building a document, our law firm’s website saves it automatically every time you press Next. Access all your legal documents in one place.

  1. Log in to your Legal Consolidated account.
  2. Navigate to the “Your Documents” section.

Your newly built document appears in this section. It can take a few minutes for the document to be ready. Refresh the page if the document does not appear after four minutes.

Why aren't my legal documents in my inbox?

We email your final documents to your registered email address. If you do not receive the email:

  • Check Your Spam or Junk Folder: Your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Bigpond) may incorrectly mark our email as spam. Check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder. If you find our email, please mark it as “Not Spam”.
  • Verify Your Email Address: Log in to your Legal Consolidated account. Check your profile to confirm your email address is correct. An incorrect letter in your email address stops you from receiving your documents.

️ Common Computer & Browser Fixes

Settings can interfere with our advanced document-building technology.

  • Use the Correct Web Browser Our website operates best on Google Chrome. Download Google Chrome for free for both PC and Apple computers. Other browsers, such as Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox, can cause issues.
  • Disable Ad-blockers Ad-blocking software can interfere with our website’s features. Please disable any ad-blockers and reload the page.
  • Allow Pop-ups Our document-building process appears in a new window (a ‘pop-up’). Your browser’s security settings may block this. Please allow pop-ups from our website. This is called ‘whitelisting’. Whitelist legalconsolidated.com.au in your browser’s settings.
  • Avoid Public Wi-Fi Public Wi-Fi, such as at a hotel, may block logins to websites. Move to your mobile telephone hotspot (e.g., Telstra, Optus, or Vodafone) if you have trouble.
Turn off ad blockers so you can see our popups

How to disable ad blocker:
Look for your ad blocker's icon in your browser's toolbar (often a stop sign, a shield, or a hand, in the top-right corner).
In the menu, click "Pause on this site".
